When you use our drop off laundry service, you can rest assured that your items are in caring hands.
- We sort all clothing.
- We wash and dry your clothes completely separate from all other orders.
- All items are immediately hung on hangers or folded as they are removed from the dryers, resulting in a wrinkle-free, fresh pressed look.
- We will also match and fold your socks.
- Washers and Dryers are cleaned between washes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Hours of Operation: We are open 5 days a week, M, W, TH, Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Saturday till 12:00 for drop-off. Arrangements outside of those times available upon request. Closed for Drop-off Tuesdays and Sundays.
What type of items can you wash?
We do ask that you only send machine washable items. All clothing is sorted into whites, lights, and darks, while verifying that all items are machine washable. *
Is it possible to change my pick up date?
Absolutely, we do ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, you can adjust your pick up date without any additional charges. Additional charges will apply if we go to pick up and no one is home and no items have been set out.
What is the turn around for Wash and Fold?
We ask for 48 hour turnaround for pick up and deliver.
Generally, drop off orders are scheduled for pick up the next day. You can, for an additional charge get same-day service. Limited spots available. Drop off must be before 12 noon.
Who actually uses pick up and delivery?
There is not a specific demographic that uses pickup laundry service for their laundry needs. Singles that just don’t think doing laundry is worth their limited time off work. Families with lots of clothes and lots of kids. Mom and Dad would rather spend the weekend doing activities with the children than taking half a day to do laundry. Professionals who would rather bill an extra hour than to take time off to wash clothes. Customers in large homes and in small apartments.
Is there a Minimum charge?
Our minimum for wash and fold drop off is $25. For pick up $30.
*Dirty Laundry Bandits is not responsible for clothes that shrink, bleed or clothes that changes shape during normal washing and drying. Again, we will double check your labels prior to washing.
